Thursday, October 23, 2014. As Paul Fromm’s campaign for Mayor of Mississauga hurtles toward election day on Monday, October 27, this perfect mild Autumn day saw a whirlwind of activity.
We erected many lawn signs in Cooksville, Port Credit, Malton and Meadowvale. There was extensive literature distribution in Cooksville. Our flying squad also displayed the giant gridlock banner in several locations where weary motorists exit the horrific gridlock on the Queen Elizabeth Way.
We are also discussing possible last minute radio ads directed at one of our targetted communities.My banner ad appeared today on the front page of the election section of the Mississauga News. This ad was similar to the one I reproduce here, except there was no advertisement for a meeting and my website was list
Thanks to all those who have helped in this campaign.
Donations are beginning to roll in to the campaign. However, as most of the money has to be spent up front, there is quite a gap between what we’ve spent and what we’ve taken in.
